Visit Lesotho To See This Magnificent Place This Festive Season

Maliba Lodge is a place that can give you an adrenaline rush once you visit it. The place is situated in Lesotho in the district of Leribe, Tshehla Nyane. The lodge is situated in the movinguntainous area where the terrain is covered by wild trees that boast magnificent wild animals and birds. Near the lodge is a park with a greenish grass during summer that can make you enjoy your brais and picnic while listening to Lesotho jazz and some South African amapiano.

The lodge is international recognized. It's been given a status of 5 star hotel. The food are so delicious and enjoyable. The rooms are well cleaned. What I love about this place is that the cleanest River is flowing around the lodge. The granite rocks which the river moves over have made the river to be clean and clear. The water is so fresh that is drinkable.

You are able to see fish moving inside the river. Once you have enjoyed the view of the area through riding horses. Visit the rooms. Wow! The rooms are so beautiful splendid. They are clean and the design of the beds is so amazing.

Indeed this place is good for honey moon if you want to enjoy a cool honeymoon with your newly married wife. Arriving in the area is faster if you're using Butha-Buthe bridge or Maputsoe bridge.

I so wish Covid 19 can go away for good and life comes back again.

Unlike most of Lesotho, the park has plenty of remnant vegetation dominated by mature CheChetrees all of which has historical significance to the Basotho people. Maliba will eventually boast the highest sub-alpine botanical garden in Africa, designed by renowned South African botanist Dr Elsa Pooley.

Six exclusive luxury Basotho-style chalets each offer private viewing decks stretching into the heart of the scenic woodland mountains. Maliba is a 4½ drive from Johannesburg and an hour and 2 hours drive from Maseru International Airport, making it an easily accessible retreat for both business and leisure travel.
