Zimbabwe president Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangangwa has extended Zimbabwe 's level two lock down by another 2 weeks.
Zimbabwe recently relaxed the lockdown from level four to level two .This level allowed schools , restaurant and other business to open only to a limited number of people.
Speaking on Star FM radio station President Mnangangwa edged Zimbabwean citizens to observe the Covid 19 health regulations when they are going around their businesses
“l edge all citizens to adhere to the Covid 19 regulations especially those in schools and higher tertiary education ion places , as statistics are showing that these places are were different people interact everyday can be Covid 19 prevalent hot spots .”
Zimbabwe is consider to be a Covid 19 hot spot according to the UK and EU Covid 19 global hot spot lists .
This list has negatively impacted the country's tourism sector as it has made it difficult for UK based tourists to travel to Zimbabwe.
