South African businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize last year December she took a trip to Dubai. When President Cyril Ramaphosa took the country to lockdown level 3. Many people were not happy that they will have to sleep early on new year's eve. Shauwn Mkhize wanted to celebrate as usually. She did not want to get into trouble with the law enforcement hence she took the trip to Dubai.
She has been trying all sort of ideas to try and motivate the players. It seems like it has worked so far as Royal AM is still seating on position three on the log. According to a source she has another idea up her sleeve to try and motivate the boys to push for more glory on the field.
It seems like Mkhize has already planned ahead. She has promised the boys that if they work hard and stay in the top 3 until December. They will receive R20 000 bonus. She will also select the best players who will win a strip to Dubai. The top performers will also be allowed to take one of the family members.
She is definitely a mother to this players. This will inspire their performance on the field. I like Shawn Mkhize's idea it is very unique. I believe it will work in the long run said social media user.
I don't see anything wrong with what she is doing as long as see does not repeat what she did by giving players money on the field. Dr Patrice was reported to have done the same thing when he took over at Sundowns said social media user.
Shauwn Mkhize paid a lot of money when buying Celtics. It is good that she is enticing the players to do more. However one could be concern that how long will she keep up after spending a reported R50 million buying Celtics status.
