A cyber security expert has explained that the U.S. is using an old American surveillance law to carry out their secret surveillance on many Chinese users. Some people might know that U.S. are experts in spying on their neighbouring countries' citizens for a long time and a recent secret spying program on seven China users is not something new, but what they are looking for or what they are targeting is unknown.
