Everything you see on social media cannot be trusted.
-Just because someone posts on social media that they are happy and enjoying their best life does not imply that this is actually the case. Particularly when it comes to happiness, people often lie.
-Stop comparing your life to others' on social media. Just because someone posts that they are in Europe, got engaged, or lost that 30 pounds, doesn't mean your life is worse than theirs. Everyone encounters problems from time to time, so concentrate on improving yourself instead.
On Twitter, a clear example of this was posted, in which a woman is seen taking a bath in a luxurious tub, although it is clear that she was actually away in a lodge. Her everyday life, however, can be seen on the left side of the image, where she is taking a bath the old-fashioned way in a plastic dish.
