Kaizer Chiefs Coach Stuart Baxter Finally broke his silence and drops a bombshell

"I can't shield players from social media," Baxter said. "What you can do is try and flag up for them on the validity.

"In our world, I wouldn't dare criticise a brain surgeon on social media because I know nothing about it but on social media today, people are free to express their opinions whether they are qualified or not and that tsunami then develops.

"I'm sure Bernard has experienced it, I've certainly experienced it, and [Glasgow Rangers coach] Steven Gerrard was talking about it the other day.

Supporters I hope you get the point: Don't criticize someone who is qualified for a certain job on his/her job, while you are not qualified for that job. Meaning if you are not qualified watch the qualified do their job.

Most of those people who criticize players on social media never played football, others they were cows on their local teams always on bench like Maluleka, others are pushing big mokhaba with full of alcohol. Parker is a hard worker, a humbled guy like Shabba, Jele and Mwene

But in all this at the end you don't need qualification to know that Agay is not better than Ngcobo, Sekgota, Mashiane, Zuma. He is just a cow that guy. With better players to awaken the culture of the Glamour boys in the bench and you continue with defenders flooding the pitch.

Even if we are not coaches its every clear that playing 7 defender is foolish cowardness. We might not talk about other professions whom does their jobs where we can't see, something we know nothing about.

That plumber must just shut up he is not doing the team any justice, which normal coach will continues with this 7 defenders. He is not building a culture but cows, he is just getting results and everything will be back to zero when he leave, like it was when he left in the first place.
