NOT AGAIN|| Mamelodi Sundowns Smash Kaizer Chiefs’ 16-year Long Record

Mamelodi Sundowns are breaking a wide range of records in the PSL this term, and their success over Golden Arrows saw them crush Kaizer Chiefs' long-standing record.

On Wednesday, the Brazilians beat Abafana Bes'thende 1-0 at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium to solidify their spot at the highest point of the DStv Premiership log.

In this manner, Sundowns coordinated with Amakhosi's record for the most unbeaten association coordinates from home split more than two seasons (21).

Curiously, the record represented 16 years, and with the year still a couple of months before its end, Sundowns get an opportunity to set another South African record.

Chiefs accomplished this between January 2005 and December 2005, and it took Sundowns a little more than a year to rise to it.

Twilights' next away association game is on 7 November against Marumo Gallants, and should they keep away from rout on the day, they will be the undisputed lords of away matches in the PSL.
