It has been reported that Juventus might be relegated to Italy's second division and that they could have their top-flight title snatched away from them if they are proven to have engaged in unlawful transfer transactions.
Chelsea are interested in signing Juventus stars Federico Chiesa and Matthijs de Ligt, who are both considered to be among the best players in the world. Normally, it would be difficult for the London club to sign these players under regular circumstances. As a result, it will be prohibitively expensive, and Juventus will not wish to lose two of their most important players in the same transfer window.
Chelsea could use Federico Chiesa in a variety of places, and he could benefit the team by providing cover in another position. Due to the impending departure of Antonio Rudiger at the conclusion of the season, Chelsea's signing of Matthijs de Ligt will be critical.
