we think of the development of football for any nation, the Under 17's and Under 20's are considerably the first best option available when thinking of developing the strength of a national team football. It is unfortunate that FIFA as the world governing body for football had to cancel the 2021 FIFA World cups for both the Under 17's and 20's due to the coronavirus pandemic that has plagued the rest of the world.
Peru was the destined country to host the Under 17 tournament that was dated for February and March 2021, and then the Asian nation, Indonesia was supposed to host the Under 20 tournament between the 20th of May 2021 to the 12th of June 2021. FIFA has released a statement that detailed a reason that the COVID-19 pandemic has continued to present challenges for hosting international sporting events.

Among other reasons from FIFA to decide on postponing this event was due to the effect that the corona virus has on travelling, so both tournaments had to be postponed and they had to be pushed until 2023 at least.
