The football fraternity has accused AmaZulu head coach Benni McCarthy of loving Kaizer Chiefs, as he didn't put his star players on the starting eleven. Hence many people felt that McCarthy was doing Chiefs a favour, as they're fighting to move out of the relegation zone. Coming into this match Amakhosi are sitting on 14th position on the log standings with eight points, meanwhile, Usuthu is on the 9th position with ten points, after nine games.

Coming into this DStv Premiership McCarthy did a lot of changes, football fans were worried about seeing Memela, Masilela and Majoro on the bench, as they felt that those players deserved to start the match. Opting to start with Mothwa, Mthembu and Chawapiwha had many people questioning McCarthy's game plan, as they felt that he wanted Chiefs to win the match.

*Usuthu starting line-up against Kaizer Chiefs:

Mothwa, Mzava, Sikhakhane, Xoki, Gumede, Sithebe, Chawapihwa, Mlambo, Mthembu, Makhaula and Mulenga.

*AmaZulu's bench was seen as the strongest compared to Chiefs, as it had many game-changers:

Mbatha, Khumalo, Magubane, Masilela, Memela, Majoro, Ncube, Mahlambi and Ntsundwana.

The football fraternity couldn't let this one go as they shared their honest opinions on McCarthy's line-up that was chosen to face the struggling Chiefs:
