Bafana Bafana are aiming at continuing with their fine run in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Bafana have not lost a match, having played two. They drew their first match against Zimbabwe before narrowly pipping Ghana in their last match.
But for Bafana to maintain their unbeaten run they have to be at their best against Ethiopia.
Ethiopia are not football minnows having showed their class when they beat a star studded Zimbabwean outfit.
Orlando Pirates Vincent Pule had hoped to cement his place in the Bafana starting eleven but fate was not on his side when he got injured during training.
Pule had been drafted into the starting eleven and he was expected to play a crucial role in today's match.
It is believed that during the warm up, the 29 year old pulled a muscle and the extent of his injury has not yet been addressed.
The medical team is set to give an update about his injury during the post match press conference.
