Shivambu said ANC have no shame to unveil such a mediocre stadium for R15 million and said they must be voted out of power.
"An ANC Municipality in the Eastern Cape, Enoch Mgijima has opened what they call a stadium… R15 million was paid to build this thing and they are proud of it. The people of South Africa must vote these people out of power because they have no shame. None whatsoever! R15 million for this? Shivambu said.
The stadium was officially opened so that soccer and rugby teams will be able to use the facility.
But this stadium also caught the attention of Mzansi who do concur with Floyd Shivambu that this is the biggest joke of the 21st century and that ANC never cease to amaze citizens with its mediocre projects.
"Just check out the Saldanha Stadium also R15 million look at the difference between the two, those stands in this pictures are the same as the ones we use at our rugby ground on the farm in De Doorns," said a Twitter user.
This is however not the first time ANC has made headlines over mediocre structures like this, as another mayor in Kwa-Zulu Natal once unveiled a R1.8 million bridge which didn't look like such a huge amount of money was used to build the bridge.
This clearly shows how these ANC leaders continue to take citizens for a ride, giving half baked, poorly done structures as their best to the public while most of the times they pocket the money that was meant to fund the entire projects.
Like they always say that birds of the same feathers flock together, ANC leaders are proving to be all the same.
