Real Kings beat Cape Umoya United to move to 6th place

Real Kings have thumped Cape Umoya United 2 - 0 in a Glad Africa Championship clash played at Tsakane Stadium in Brakpan on Sunday afternoon.

Two goals in the first half from Levy Mashiane abd a penalty from Sedwyn George in the 37th minute gave the side from KwaZulu-Natal a full haul of points.

The win puts Kings on 36 points and move to position 6 on the log and reignites their chances of the being in the promotional playoffs come end of the season.

Cape Umoya United, on the other side, remain in danger of being dragged into the relegation zone after the lose in Brakpan..

The Cape side remain 12th on the log with 28 points, 6 points away from the dreaded relegation.

Cape Umoya United, will next face Mbomela United on the 12th of August while Real Kings will battle University Of Pretoria also on the Wednesday the 12th.
