Chiefs || In Finally Talks To Hijack Mr R5 Million European Target

Kaizer Chiefs expect a deal with SC Braga for their midfielder service soon. The deadly Kaizer Chiefs target Kobamelo Kodisang will find out in the coming days whether he will join the Soweto giants or not. The former South Africa youth international is close to finalizing a deal to join Amakhosi from Braga, according to his agent Mike Makaab.

Kodisang is one of the most promising candidates in South Africa and Makaab has revealed that Chiefs are the only Premier League club to have officially expressed an interest in signing him.

The only club we signed in South Africa was Kaizer Chiefs and that's how it is at the moment," Makaab said on Gagasi FM. According to Braga, "The challenge now is how the future of KK is envisioned by the Heads and us."

Kodisang spent the last three seasons in Braga's reserve squad before finally earning promotion to the first team at the end of the 2021-22 season. Makaab's player agent previously told Braga that his client would only stay at the club if he was promoted to the first team. The veteran local agent said a decision on the former Platinum Stars star's future would be made within the next three days.

"We are making progress but the biggest challenge is overcoming the consequences of our choice with Braga," he said. We assume that the level of discussion will increase over the next few days until a solution can be found.

Kobamelo Kodisang is a midfielder who has featured in 6 Ligue 3 games this season, playing 423 minutes in total. Kobamelo Kodisang averages 0 assists per 90 minutes a player is on the field.
