Teams battling for Mbule signature

Several DStv Premiership clubs are still interested in signing SuperSport United midfielder Sipho Mbule.

Both Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs are thought to be interested in recruiting the Bafana Bafana international.

The defending Dstv Premiership champions are rumoured to be leading the fight for Mbule's signing, despite the player's preference for a move to Naturena.

Mike Makaab of Prosport International, the 23-year-representative, old's said his client's future was unknown.

Makaab tells KickOff, "Honestly, it's far too early to tell."

When asked if any official negotiations were going place, Makaab flatly denied it.

"At the time, no. Certainly not."

Stan Matthews, the CEO of Matsatsantsa, could not be reached for comment.

Talks between Kaizer Chiefs and Royal AM striker Victor Letsoalo are said to be ongoing as the two clubs work out a transfer cost.

During the last transfer window, Bafana Bafana and Royal AM striker Victor Letsoalo was connected with a shock move to Kaizer Chiefs, and similar whispers have reappeared at this time of year.
