Dean joined England League two side Carlisle to be close to his family at the end of last season after playing 5 years with SuperSport United in the Absa Premiership but has only started three (3) games from possible 13 appearances for the season so far.
Despite not getting playing time, the South African born player has been praised by his teammate Hayden who made it clear that the 32 years old South Africa international has been a great addition to on the squad
"Dean's attitude is been great to the squad," He has not been playing regularly but he never complained, show support at anyone.
"We all can see that he is disappointed, but every match he show support to everyone. With the way he is ar training , he is very professional. He has kept the same motivation and passion".
Dean furman time at South Africa was a successful one even though he didn't win the league, something he mentioned as his only regret leaving South Africa without achieving it
For now it remains unknown if Dean will negotiate for a move away or stay and fight for his place in the starting eleven.
