Pitso Mosimane wins prestigious award

Al Ahly gaffer Pitso Mosimane was named the Best Manager in Egypt at the yearly Sports Critics Association work. 

Mosimane has been perceived by the media and authors for his awesome work since joining The Red Devils from Mamelodi Sundowns in October a year prior. 

The South African tactician drove them to a paramount high pitch by winning the Egypt Cup, the CAF Champions League and continued to help them secure third-place at the new FIFA Club World Cup. 

Mosimane has also gotten Ahly for the quarter-finals of Africa's a-list club contention where they could stand up to his past club Sundowns, Esperance or Wydad Casablanca. 

Talking at the eminent event where he was regarded nearby his playmaker Mohamed Magdy Afsha, Mosimane conveyed his satisfaction at the affirmation.  "I'm amazingly grateful to have been allowed the Best Manager award, and I thank each person who ruled for me," he said. 

"I recognize it for the players, the preparation staff, the administering body and the fans. I feel here like I'm at home in Egypt. I feel welcomed and warm, and I have an exceptional obligation with a significant gathering." 

Mosimane's next game with The Club of the Century appears on Wednesday when they have Al Nasr in the local cup at Al-Salam Stadium (21:30).
