PREVIEW : Leopards looking to maul Lions

KIMBERLY : Black Leopards make a long trip from Limpopo to the Northern Cape to face Hungry Lions in search for more points.

Kick off at the Tafel Lager Park is scheduled for 15 : 30

Lidoda Duvha, who have been hot and cold this season will be looking to gather some momentum and consistency after claiming a 1 - 0 victory in their last encounter against Pretoria Callies.

The Limpopo side, who are 13th on the log will be targeting position 10 if other results go their way.

For Hungry Lions, their early season form seems to have disappeared into thin and the reality of playing in a competitive league is evident in the side.

The Northern Cape based outfit have been on a bad form which has seen them drop out of the top 8 bracket.

After going 8 games unbeaten at the beginning of the season, Hungry Lions have now lost five consecutive games and are placed 11th on the log with just 14 points.

For the sake of confidence, Lions will be looking to get back to winning ways and return to being title challengers as they were expected to be as the season due to their promising at the start of the season.

Before doing that, the Postmansburg side first need to identify where it went wrong for them, especially after going eight games unbeaten in their first season in the Glad Africa Championship.

Lions are now in danger of getting dragged to the relegation zone, especially if Lidoda Duvha manage to get maximum points from them.

RayonMedia Sports reported that Leopards will relish the chance of going over their opponents today but that can only be done if the Limpopo side can manage to mastermind victory and walk away with three points at the Tafel Lager Park in Kimberly.
