Since the matter-of-fact flight of the mentor Josef Zinnbauer, Orlando Pirates has not been performing great and their battles have been all around recorded. The previous Bucs legend Benedict 'Tso' Vilakazi has revealed some insight into why the club isn't performing admirably.
After thr flight of Zinnbauer, Mandla Ncikazi and Fadlu Davids have been entrusted with driving the club. In a meeting with SAfm on Monday night, Vilakazi said that the issue at Pirates is that there are two mentors with differentiating styles.
"Fadlu we realize he loves change football. Ncikazi at Arrows played it from the back. So these two styles will not work. They can't work. Possibly you need a lead trainer and one should remain," he said.
As per Vilakazi, in football you can't compromise. "You need to set up a design and establishment," he said.
Do you think the issue is the two mentors differentiating styles?
