There are four DSTV Premiership teams that have gone through to the group stages of the CAF Championships and CAF Confederations. Mamelodi Sundowns is the only team that has known for such competitions, but credit should be given all the teams and coaches for going through to the group stages.
Marumo Gallants and Orlando Pirates have made it to the group stages of the Confederations Cup after displaying a marvelous football over the weekend. These two teams are coached by the local coaches, Ncikazi and Davids for Pirates and Mpho Maleka.
Mamelodi Sundowns always qualify for group stages of the CAF Championships, but Amazulu FC surprised many football fans after getting a point away from TP Mazembe.
The last two coaches who qualified for group stages are Pitso (Jingles) Mosimane and Morena Cuthbert Ramoreboli who coaches Jwaneng Galaxy from Botswana. The two coaches are doing well in their teams since CAF Championships takes milestone to reach the final, but credit should be granted when its due.
