The one-match tournament, which now has managed to gain popularity in recent years, is back and with a twist, with the match scheduled for July 31 set to be played at FNB Stadium in a first-ever night-time kickoff of 20:00
Fans have been voting on who should be in their respective starting lineups on the day, as has become customary.
The Chiefs have gone with a strong line-up that includes a number of the team's big-name stars, while the Pirates have included Zakhele Lepasa, who has not played football since 2020 after playing a key role early in the season for the Buccaneers, in the starting lineup.
Richard Ofori, who recently recovered from a groin injury and has already been named to Ghana's squad ahead of friendlies against Morocco and the Ivory Coast, has also been named to Pirates' starting XI.
