SAFA president Danny Jordaan makes a crucial statement that he won't give up until justice is done. SAFA complain was ruled inadmissible by FIFA not long ago, but Danny Jordaan says he won't stop fighting for bafana bafana.
Tensions continue to rise as the Ghana Football Association appears to be considering taking further action against SAFA after FIFA declared last month's protest inadmissible.
This means the protest was filed outside the parameters of Article 46 of the FIFA disciplinary code and 14 of the 2022 world cup preliminary competition regulations.
There were other details that the disciplinary committee will release hopefully. When we receive that full verdict, that will inform us with regards to the next plan of action.
"Because aside from the protest, we felt that the name of the FA was battered and badly bruised by the South Africans. The insults and the castigations and allegations that were made against us, we felt were unfounded and frivolous."
In short, it was incompetently filed and merits no attention from the FIFA disciplinary committee. No court can overturn this ruling without any fresh evidence to prove that the petition was filed in accordance with these articles.
SAFA is shivering.Your President and Our president just signed an agreement to benefit us economically. He’s aware that SAFA is useless and won’t waste his time on them. The arrogance of that association is out of this world but it's fine.
