Thembinkosi Loch Remains on The Injury List

It seems like Orlando Pirates's injury woes will continue yet again as the club realised that their star player Thembinkosi Lorch will continue to remain on the emergency room for the longest time, he will not be returning to the club sooner than expected. The last time Thembinkosi Lorch was seen on the colours of Orlando Pirates was when he played in the preseason Carling black label cup against Kaizer Chiefs, he had never featured on any official game for the Buccaneers this season due to his injury.

The Soweto giants have already played 17 games in the Premier Soccer League across all competitions and his absence has also contributed to the club's lack of goal scoring, the likes of Kwame Peprah and Tshegofatso Mabasa have not been fully effective for Pirates when it comes to goal scoring as they have been firing blanks in the goal posts.

As for Thembinkosi Lorch the club made an announcement that their star player had to undergo surgery after he encountered a freak accident during the month of September, and the developing news is that Lorch is set to remain on the injury list for the rest of the year. The Orlando Pirates supporters miss seeing their favorites player on pitch and doing what he does best for the club as he would be creating and scoring goals in the process, and as the Buccaneers are scheduled to face off against the likes of AmaZulu, TS Galaxy, Swallows FC, Marumo Gallants and Mamelodi Sundowns.

Fadlu Davids and Mandla Ncikazi are still trying to figure out ways on how they can help the club to score goals which is the best way to climb up to the top of the DStv Premiership. This is not the best season for the Buccaneers especially for the attackers as they have been firing blanks, it's either the club must go to the January transfer window and buy new attackers that are well reputable or they will have to hope that their strikers will wake up from their slumber and begin to score goals.
