It has now been two days since the Hugo Bross boys have beaten the neighborhood Zimbabwe in a 1-0 encounter. This was a stepping stone for Bafana Bafana as their arch-rivals the Black Starts were held in a 1-1 draw by Ethiopia in a match where it happened at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.
The game between Bafana Bafana and Zimbabwe was expected to be a great game with lots of hardship and hard work as both teams are in the fight to get three points. South Africa is now in its comfort zone as they are still at the top of the Group G log with three points clear of Ghana.
South Africa will be hoping to get the whole three points or even a draw when they will be hosted by the black stars in their yard. This is the last encounter for both teams as they are on the hunt to top the group. The match between South Africa and Ghana will be played in the West coast stadium on Sunday afternoon and this is both their last match which will be the decider of who will top the group G.
As it stands now South Africa is now number 1 with 13 points with 4 wins, 1 draw and they haven't lost a match followed by Ghana at number 2 with 3 wins, 1 loss, and 2 draws. Ghana suffered a loss from South Africa in their away match where they lost by a 1-0. Ghana will be throwing all their attacks to the South African defense and they have to be prepared for anything as they will have their fans to back them up for a win.
Hugo Broos reveals a strategy to beat Ghana in their back yard and this is something that will shock. This is because South Africa has to win or draw and they plan to make sure that Ghana doesn't find a net of Ronwen Williams. If they do score more than three goals then it will mean that Bafana Bafana is all over as they will be number 2 on goal difference.
