Ncikazi Not Interested In Job Title Talk

Orlando Pirates co-overseer mentor Mandla Ncikazi says he isn't keen on discusses who is the lead trainer at the Buccaneers.

Since previous mentor Josef Zinnbauer left the club in August, there has been no authority declaration from the club of who is the lead trainer among Ncikazi and Fadlu Davids who took over as co-overseers.

Notwithstanding, last week's CAF Confederations Cup group sheet recorded Ncikazi as "lead trainer" and Davids as "partner" which could be founded on CAF guidelines.

When asked by iDiski Times whether anything has changed in Pirates' training design or regardless of whether it was just a direct result of a custom, Ncikazi decided on a philosophical reply.

"Would i be able to prescribe a book to you my sibling, there's a book 'Five degrees of Leadership', get that book. The primary stage there is position, the following one is consent, and the third one is the group tolerating you and the creation," Ncikazi said.

"So creation, I'm in that stage, regardless of whether I'm a cleaner, whether I am a pack man, what makes a difference to me is the identification of Pirates and Pirates progressing admirably, and I put every one of my energies and spotlight on that.

"The wide range of various things, the titles, I am simply not intrigued. In this way, assuming you need to title me as a right hand, as a co-mentor, as an overseer mentor, as a lead trainer, it is important less to me, what makes a difference the most is Pirates doing admirably in my essence.
