End Of The Road For Three Ex-Chiefs Players At The Same Club?
Kaizer Chiefs football club has produced many talented players which has been good enough in their time with the PSL giant to attract interest of rival clubs for their professional football expertise.
Three former Kaizer Chiefs players who was at one point in time good enough to sign with Chiefs PSL rivals AmaZulu FC is currently nearing the end of their contracts at the club which could see them make an exit in June.
AmaZulu FC has a long list of players who might possibly leave the club comes June which is when their contracts expire, and three of those players is all former Kaizer Chiefs star players.
Midfielder Hendrick Pule Ekstein is believed to be one of the former Chiefs players that might not stay beyond the current season as he only featured for the club 10 times this season with no goals and assists behind his name in the league.
Former Kaizer Chiefs player Tsepo Masilela played a few matches less than Pule as he featured for AmaZulu only 5 times in the league with one assist to show for the club's now concluded season. He is linked with an exit as his contract is set to expire soon with no indication of a new deal yet.
Former Kaizer Chiefs star player Siphelele Mthembu had a more successful season than the other two former Chiefs players as he featured for AmaZulu 19 times in the league but his contract is also set to expire soon.
AmaZulu FC didn't do as good in the now concluded season compared to the previous season in which they qualified for the CAF Champions League, but with all the players listed with a possible exit, the club will need to sign new additions if they want to qualify for a CAF competition again.
