Ex-Chiefs' Striker Knowledge Musona At His Best Again As He Achieved This

Ex-Chiefs' Striker Knowledge Musona At His Best Again As He Achieved This.

Date: 14/02/2022

Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Knowledge Musona still has what it takes to be called a brilliant or deadly striker. The Zimbabwean International who was once one of Kaizer Chiefs key players now finds himself in the Saudi Arabian top flight with Al-Tai as a striker and is thriving in his attacking role he's been entrusted with.

Knowledge Musona can score at times the club needs goals at most and also has his eyes set closely on the target which makes him a deadly striker for his Saudi Arabian side. Knowledge Musona made his way back to Al-Tai after spending some time away with Zimbabwe in the African Cup of Nations and on his way back missed out on three matches with Al-Tai in the Saudi Pro League.

Knowledge Musona displayed recently how much his presence was missed in the Al-Tai squad as he contributed two assists for Al-Tai against Al-Batin in a 3-1 win over the past weekend. Knowledge Musona was great with the assists but unfortunately couldn't find the back of the net himself to register him on the scoresheet.

Despite not scoring any goals in the match having only two assists behind his name against Al-Batin, he did manage to walk away with the man of the match award after the match. Since Musona joined Al-Tai, he has been only an asset for the club establishing himself as one of their key players.

Musona scored a total of 5 goals with 5 assists in 14 matches played to date. Al-Tai was close to facing relegation but their latest 3-1 win pushed them up to the 10th place spot which will see them safe for a little while longer, but if they can keep up this form, they can avoid relegation for good.
