The number of Covid-19 cases are really rising exponentially. At this time around, there is no way we can further delay the fourth wave. In the last 24 hours South Africa recorded more Tha 11 000 new cases and we can expect the numbers to go even higher.
With the rising cases, it has now emerged that Kaizer Chiefs camp has been hit by the pandemic and this comes after the club has recorded about 31 new Covid-19 cases. These are very high numbers and it is a call for concern. The club has now called for PSL some of their upcoming 5 matches to be postponed because they will be deeply affected. The matches were during the December month and the team is now citing that they do not have enough players and technical team to prepare for the games.
Apart from having the game canceled, we might just find ourselves being in a lockdown because these number are really a concern. It is just a matter of time before Ramaphosa addressed the nation.
