In the PSL there are a number of world's best coaches who flourished following a successful football career.
Over the years as these professionals make a switch to coaching many of them bring a deep knowledge of the game which is obviously essential.
In South Africa former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana captain Mbulelo "OJ" Mabizela is considered among the best to ever grace the PSL. During his career pinacles the 41 year old retired footballer even had the opportunity of lifting the league title in the 2002/03 season with Orlando Pirates and also representing his country at the 2002 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament which was held in Mali.
As of late the Pietermaritzburg born retired footballer has since returned to the football scenes as a Head Coach with an aim of replicating the kind of success he enjoyed as a player during his illustrious career. Almost a week ago after lengthy talks the former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana captain made his return to football when he was officially unveiled as the new Head Coach of Benoni based side Talitha Soccer Academy.
Over the weekend Mbulelo Mabizela began his coaching spell as the new Head Coach of Talitha FC where he led the senior team to a commanding 4-2 victory against their rivals Samba Boys in the league. On Tuesday evening the club has since taken to their social media accounts to highlight key details about their plans moving forward but mostly the future of Mbulelo Mabizela who recently joined them barely a week ago.
According to the post shared by Talitha Soccer Academy on Facebook the club will be retaining the services of the former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana captain in the second half of the league campaign with an of building for the future.
