"Salah Is Going To Break All My Records, I Want To Cry" Says Drogba

Didier Drogba, a former Chelsea and Ivory Coast player, quipped that he wanted to cry after witnessing Mohamed Salah smash his records. The Egyptian just surpassed Drogba as the highest-scoring African player in Premier League history, with 108 goals in 170 games. Drogba has recently stated that Salah has always had the ability but was simply unlucky not to gain any playing time at Chelsea.

"If he keeps doing this, he'll ruin all of my records! I really want to weep "According to Kingfut, Drogba told Mehwar TV. "What I saw throughout training, and what all of his teammates would tell you, was that the quality was there. He only needed more time on the field to demonstrate his potential and excellence." He was disappointed not to be able to contribute [at Chelsea], but he was always good. It's only a matter of time before you blow up when you have this type of brilliance.

"I recall talking to him a few times when he was at Roma and scoring goals, and then he had a period where he wasn't scoring and asked me how to deal with it. I gave him a lot of instances and stories of what happened to myself and the other strikers." Like, share and follow.
