Bafana set to face a big European nation in March

Hugo Broos men are set to go pound to pound against 2018 FIFA World Cup champions France in an international friendly at March as reported on www.kickoff.com.

The senior national team last played in November against The black stars of Ghana in a controversial 1-0 victory in favour of Ghana.

France will be using the international friendly to prepare for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, to be played in the summer hosted by Asian nation Qatar.

They will be bringing in the likes of N'golo Kante, Kylian Mbappe, Karim Banzema and Paul Pogba to Mzansi.

The last time the two nations faced off Bafana Bafana came out victorious with a 2-1 full-time scoreline, it was Bongani Khumalo and Katlego Mphela that scored the goals for South Africa.

Hugo Broos will get a chance to test new methods and bring in new players, the likes of Nkosingiphile Ngcobo and Sphephelo Sithole must be drafted in the starting line-up as the team lacks a dominant holding midfielder and a playmaker.

Mamelodi Sundowns star defender Rushine de Reuck will get a chance to test himself against Real Madrid bulldog Karim Banzema and starboy Kylian Mbappe.
