Kaizer Chiefs are currently struggling get back to winning ways and some critics blame the aging squad to be the reason behind this but some actually blame it on the FIFA transfer ban.

Gavin Hunt's introduction to Naturena came with a lot of expectations and he reshuffled the squad by mostly replacing veterans with young fresh players like Njabulo Blom and Nkosingiphile Ngcobo. The reshuffling of the squad has affected some players like Willard Katsande.

The 35-year-old struggled to impress Gavin Hunt at the beginning of the season as he opted to play young players ahead of him but lately he seems to have gained his trust. He started last weekend's match against match against Supersport which shocked the fans.

The Zimbabwean's contract comes to end at the end is the season and rumours have already linked him with a possible move to rivals Mamelodi Sundowns as it is believed his contract will not be renewed by Amakhosi.

Mamelodi Sundowns currently have a strong squad filled with talented football which makes it difficult for the rumours to be true as he's currently struggling to be a regular name at Kaizer Chiefs.
