UCL: 2 Big Clubs That Could Crash Out Of The Group Stage If They Fail To Win The Remaining Matches

This year's Champions League group stage has two games remaining, but Bayern Munich and Juventus have already qualified for the knockout stages.

For Chelsea and other teams, they are just one point away from securing a place in the Round of 16 with two games remaining.

When the boys and men are divided in this season's Champions League group stage, several traditional teams may not be able to compete and could be eliminated.

This is a list of two big teams that may not advance to the knockout stage.

1. AC Milan

Since they've won seven Champions Leagues, the Rossoneri are certainly a big team. The Italian giants have had a rough start to the UCL, losing their first three games.

AC Milan must win all three of their remaining games in order to have a reasonable chance of continuing to the next part of the competition, which for me, I don't see them accomplishing.

2. Inter Milan

If this team fails to go past the group stage, it will be the second former Champions League champions to do so in recent memory. For a long time, many were able to readily identify Bayern Munich and Inter as potential Round of 16 opponents in Group D.

However, the Group D standings appear a little wacky with Moldovan side Sheriff leading Real Madrid and Inter Milan in second and third place, respectively.

However, there has been a shift in fortunes. There is a chance Inter will be relegated to the Europa League.

In my own opinion, AC Milan will not make it pass the group stage this season because of the points of Porto and Atletico Madrid in the table. They can only fight for Europa League spot by finishing third.

Inter Milan has chances of qualifying if they can win the 2 remaining matches in the group stage.
