In Trouble Pitso Mosimane 'begs " Patrice Motsepe For A Favour

Former Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane is in trouble and has asked for help from his former bosses at Mamelodi Sundowns.Mosimane, who has not been having a good day at the playing fields of late has asked the now CAF president Patrice Motsepe to help create VAR in African Football.

Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane has urged the continent’s footballing governing body CAF to look at introducing Video Assistant Referee (VAR) for Inter-club continental tournaments.

Pitso Mosimane’s side suffered yet another hiccup after playing out to a 1-1 draw against Niger’s Union Sportive de la Gendarmerie Nationale in yesterday’s CAF Champions League second preliminary round qualifier.

Mosimane wasn’t impressed with the match officiating on the day and has urged CAF to introduce VAR in the CAF Champions League to curb woeful officiating.

Mosimane has been given a lifeline by the club after news emerged that he and the team were failing to agree on terms of his new contract. Mosimane's current contract ends at the end of the season in Egypt.
