Orlando Pirates are not giving up on the championship race even though it may appear far fetched.
The Bucaneers had a slow start to the season but have shown great resilience and faith.
Their pursuit for greatness has seen them being linked to a number of high profile signings. Reinforcements are definitely in this Pirates team that seeks redemption.
They are now targeting Royal AM's red hot striker Victor Letsoalo.
A source told football publication Phakaathi that the Bucaneers could sacrifice striker Gabadinho Mhango for Letsoalo.
“I have heard they might be offering Mhango and another two players as part of the deal. I am not sure who the other two players are at the moment.”
The source further added the co coaches at the club are in agreement that Letsoalo should join the club.
“The coaches really want Letsoalo especially (Mandla) Ncikazi who is a long-time admirer of the striker. They have presented to management that they must try to get him and they would then have a formidable squad,” said the source.
