OPINION: The Manchester United Player Who Was Responsible For Man Utd's Draw Against Aston Villa

Manchester United were held to a disappointing stalemate in their Premier League match against Aston Villa at Villa Park earlier this evening, according to the results.

United put in a truly dreadful performance, particularly in the closing stages of the second half. United got off to a good start by creating a couple of good chances in the opening stages of the encounter.

After Martinez failed to deal with Bruno Fernandes' free-kick in the sixth minute, United took the lead through the Brazilian.

A spectacular strike from the Portuguese midfielder in the 67th minute gave United an overwhelming lead and extended their lead to three goals in as many games.

Ramsey, the wonderkid of Aston Villa, scored in the 77th minute to cut the lead to one goal in the second half. When new signing Coutinho scored from close range in the 81st minute, the situation for Aston Villa became even better.

It's easy to point the finger at Rangnick for making a poor tactical decision in the final minutes of the game. However, Jadon Sancho's dreadful performance was a significant factor in United's disappointing result.

Despite making no significant contributions to the game, Sancho was unable to effectively discharge his defensive and offensive responsibilities. During his brief appearance on the field, the sensational winger received only nine touches.

Do you think Rangnick should have brought in Jason Sancho against Aston Villa instead of the other way around? Please share your thoughts and let us know what you think. Don't forget to hit the "like" and "share" buttons while you're at it. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
