Mamelodi Sundowns are preparing to add a new player on the ranks. The league champions have an unassailable lead at the top of the league and they don't look like resting on their laurels. Truly, is there a club in Mzansi that can compete with the might and power of the Chloorkop based side?
The team are apparently in for Supersport's Bafana Bafana international midfielder, Teboho Mokoena having made an official bid. Teboho has had a sublime season which includes goals at the 2020 Olympics in Japan and a goal against Ethiopia at the World Cup Qualifiers.
Ephefeni Glamour boys, Kaizer Chiefs were apparently trying to sign the diminutive player, but they may be set to miss out according to local reports. Supersport would prefer to sell Teboho and his colleague Mbule overseas, but the financial might of Sundowns may prove too irresistible to them.
One wonders how Teboho is going to fit into that midfield when it's already so packed. Sundowns have long been known to be able to field two full teams of incredible quality but we are certain Teboho will be equal to the task. The Sky is truly the limit.
