Ex-Chiefs striker excelled in leadership role abroad.
Kaizer Chiefs has produced many great players over the years, and some of those players excelled in their roles at the club. Kaizer Chiefs was seen as one of the best clubs in South Africa with over 50 trophies gathered since the club's existence.
Kaizer Chiefs has not only produced talented professional football players, but also very good strikers better than what the club has in their current squad. Knowledge Musona once played for Kaizer Chiefs as a striker, and he was a good player for the club. The Zimbabwean International is currently playing for Al-Tai FC in the Saudi Arabian Pro League, and is delivering the same quality work he once did at Chiefs.
Knowledge Musona is one of the best strikers in Al-Tai squad and arguably one of the best strikers in the Saudi Pro League and he was entrusted with the captaincy role at the club for some time now.
Knowledge Musona is not the captain at the club, but stands in for Dener when he is out of play. Musona captained the club again in their latest fixture against Al-Ahli Saudi and unfortunately lost the match 3-1 at full-time, but despite the loss, he excelled in his role as captain.
Knowledge Musona is now being entrusted more and more with the captaincy role and could in the near future be the club's permanent captain should he continue to deliver excellent performances as a leader. Despite his captaincy role, he is doing well for himself as a striker as he scored 5 goals with 5 assists in 18 matches.
