Kaizer Chiefs are looking forward to releasing players in their squad and also sell about 5 or more in May.

If they were to sell all of them, they could see themselves making around R70 million. R70 million + R50 million of their original transfer budget will equal a total of R120 Million which will be their official end of season budget.

The names of the players to depart from the club have been submitted to the management and the agents of those respective players.

There is also a huge insurgency of players expected to be joining the Amakhosi family. The club has identified few young players amongst the experienced that will be joining the club. For instance, Evidence Makgopa and Goodman Mosele of Baroka FC are known to be on the list as well as Bong'musa Hlongwane of Maritzburg United. Njabulo Ngcobo of Swallows and Taariq Fielies of CPT City are the courted CB's.
