Black Leopard and Chippa United are two notorious unprofessionally run PSL teams which are so fortunate to still be campaigning in the elite league. The owners of the two teams lack football administrative skills and run their clubs like spaza shops. Their respective clubs have a high turnover of coaches every year in a single season due to their lack of patience in coaches.
They expect coaches to perform miracles with a poor club setting and cannot withstand just three defeats in a row. We have seen at Chippa United coaches like Dan Malesela and Muzi Sikhakhane being hired and fired up to four times. These two coaches were emotionally abused but they submitted themselves to this abuse due to the need to earn a salary at all cost.
Black Leopard has come and gone from the PSL on several occasions due to their poor team management but they never learn. It will be interesting to see one of the two clubs being relegated and the other one losing in the play-offs and get relegated as well. They both deserve to go down to the dust ameature football.
