For a soccer player who is lacking game time, the only way to return to action is to work Hader than the rest of your competitors as that is what pushes the coaches to select one in the end.
For a while now, Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune has been out of the team, since the club has other credible goalkeepers at the disposal, such as Daniel Akpeyi, Bruce Bvuma and Brendon Peterson.
Now Khune has been seen putting in a lot of work in his home gym, obviously gunning for his number one spot between the sticks, despite that fans belive that he is now old and should let the younger keepers do the job.
Khune and his wife Sphelele decided to not rest on their laurels during their off-time but instead chose to have a super intense workout that can only be described as admirable for their commitment to health and fitness.
With Daniel Akpeyi in international duty with Nigeria, Khune may just get his chance to get back to the team and prove that he still got it.
