Huge blow for the Premier Soccer League PSL football spectators who were looking forward to returning into the stadium after the International break.
It was reported that fans will be allowed to stadiums only those who toom the vaccine do in trying to prevent the spread of the virus.
However, the PSL have now come out and stated that the Disaster Management Act continues to prohibit fans from attending games inside the stadiums.
“There have been suggestions, after the President’s address on Thursday 30 September 2021, that it might be possible to allow a limited number of spectators to attend upcoming PSL matches,” the statement read.
Unfortunately, the new Disaster Management Act regulations continue to prohibit spectators at matches.
However, this fans will continue to watch from thier fans unless there's a change of decision between PSL and South African Football Association SAFA.
