Former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper Brian Spiderman Baloyi has join the Laliga club Espanyol.After retired from football Baloyi worked in the Marketing department at Mamelodi Sundowns before he returned to Kaizer Chiefs to be a goalkeeper coach.He was one best goalkeepers in the country during his playing days.
The 48 years old will be working as a head of goalkeepers department at Espanyol Football club.Baloyi said"I had a dream of opening my goalkeeper Academy in South Africa but it wasn't the right time before ,in which I think now is the time to go for it.I had the meeting with the former Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper coach Rainer Dinkelacker , Itumeleng Khune and Thela Ngobeni.In the next two weeks will be having trials in Sandton".
Baloyi was on the Bafana Bafana team who lost in the final of the Africa Cup Of Nations in Burkina Faso in 1998.He played the crucial role when Amakhosi lift the Rothmans cup trophy in 1997 and 1998.
