Over the years, Kaizer Chiefs has produced a number of outstanding players, some of whom have excelled in their respective positions at the club. With nearly 50 titles won since the club's inception, Kaizer Chiefs was regarded as one of the top clubs in South Africa.
Kaizer Chiefs has produced not only outstanding professional footballers, but also very good strikers who are better than those in the club's current lineup. Knowledge Musona used to play striker for Kaizer Chiefs and was a good player for the club. The Zimbabwean international is currently playing in the Saudi Arabian Pro League for Al-Tai FC, and is putting in the same kind of effort he did at Chiefs.
Knowledge Musona is one of Al-finest Tai's attackers, and perhaps one of the top strikers in the Saudi Pro League, and he has been captaining the club for quite some time.
Knowledge Musona is not the club's captain, but he fills in for Dener when he is unavailable. Musona captained the team in their most recent encounter against Al-Ahli Saudi Arabia, which they lost 3-1 at full-time, although he performed in his duty as captain despite the setback.
Knowledge Musona is increasingly being entrusted with the captaincy job, and if he continues to perform admirably as a leader, he could become the club's permanent captain in the near future.
