Al Ahly head coach Pitso 'Jingles' Mosimane has dismissed the news circulating that his Egyptian side Al Alhy Is interested in landing the signature of Mamelodi Sundowns star striker Peter Shalulile.
Previously, Al Ahly attempted to sign Mamelodi Sundowns' number 10 Gaston Sirino but they were unsuccessful in their quest as Sirino has stayed with Masandawana. Al Ahly then turned their attention to out of contract khama Billiat whom Pitso has worked with before, again the deal didn't go through.
Pitso Mosimane seems determined to bring PSL talent to the Egyptian champions. After failing to sign Sirino and Billiat, rumours started circulating suggesting that Pitso Mosimane is looking to snatch Namibian striker Peter Shalulile who has been on form recently for Mamelodi Sundowns.
"These are just speculations, i haven't contacted them (Mamelodi Sundowns) about the service of Shalulile. But this is just how media is, rumours like these are always circulating" - Pitso Mosimane
Mamelodi Sundowns have just acquired the services of Peter Shalulile and they won't let go of him this early, especially with the form he is in.
