Kaizer Chiefs legend Bernard Parker set to exit the club at end of the season

Well it looks like the shoulder celebration will be coming to an end in Naturena when this campaign is finished. Reports are Bernard Parker will be hanging up his boots and he has since stop all negotiations with both his agent Mike Makaab and Kaizer Chiefs talks on hold. It looks like he is starting to feel the legs heavy and should he choose not to extend by another year he will be retiring at Amakhosi. I mean he broke Sphiwe Tshabalala’s record as he is now the highest goal scorer for the Soweto giants. Who knows maybe they will build him a stature to show appreciation and stamp on his name as the ‘MAN’ at Naturena.

” We are not talking to Chiefs about Bernard’s contract which is ending at the end of the season. He is no longer a young player anymore. Other than that he is a good man, well educated. He understands that there is life after football. Bernard wishes is to work for Chiefs in any capacity,” Makaab told reporters. Well it was a big journey for him since coming back home from Europe where he did well and came back to the PSL and won many titles with Kaizer Chiefs.
