Many former south african footballers' future has went down the drain due to a binge drinking and careless spending, football is one of the most rewarding sports in the world. The sad thing about this beautiful career is the fact that it might end anytime. Many players got their careers cut short by the mere injuries, football career doesn't last forever like other jobs that would require one to work until 60 plus years. Many footballers don't really make it to 40 years.Football earnings needs someone with a very sharp financial mind, should anything go wrong or the age is no longer on the side of a specific player,he/she myst be able to secure the future with what he/she earned during his/her playing time.Orlando Pirates forward and the malawian born Gabhadinho Mhango is reported to have spent the whole night of Saturday at one of the jight clubs in the capital of south africa Pretoria.According to Soccerladuma,Mhango failed to pay the hill of more than twenty six thousand rands after he bought the strangers a booze, the Nightclub owner and the Pirates player are reported to have reached an agreement without involving the police.Orlando Pirates management was contacted earlier today and refused to comment on this matter,Orlando Pirates' Mbele washed his hands saying he can't confirm the reports and if their players are failing to pay their bills,it had nothing to do with the team.
The other reports that are surfacing is that Mhango reported late for training session today and was taken aside by the management,it is still not clear what led the Pirates management to take Mhango to the back doors as nobody wants to involve himself with the reports that he failed to pay the booze bill.
These reports doesn't come as a surprise, many south african football players are in one way or the other misbehaving.Orlando Pirates has also confirmef the arrest of one of their players Ben Motshwari.
