Opinion: Keagan Dolly is the perfect candidate for captaincy in the future

Keagan Dolly is a quality player and very talented and at 28 he has accomplished alot in his career, the former Ajax Cape town and Mamelodi Sundowns winger has been one of the most exciting talents ever since he stepped foot into the Psl with Ajax Cape town and it makes sense as to why Mamelodi Sundowns went onto sign him.

Dolly is now 28 years of age and he is a Kaizer Chiefs player who will no doubt remain at Kaizer Chiefs for many years to come and possibly even retire there, Kaizer Chiefs hit a bargain with Keagan Dolly because he has a good head on his shoulder and his work ethic is very good, take for example his weight problems when he arrived at Amakhosi just look at how quickly he worked of most of that weight.

Kaizer Chiefs have a captain in Keagan Dolly in the future especially with players such Itumeleng Khune and Bernard Parker nearing the end of their careers, we have also seen how Keagan Dolly consoled bafana teammate Rushine de Reuck after Bafana bafana loss to Ghana in the world cup qualifier, Keagan Dolly is the future of Kaizer Chiefs whether we you like it or not.

Keagan Dolly may not have arrived at a time where Kaizer Chiefs was on a high but he is the kind if player that can come make a difference which has done, his Europe experience is working out for him at Kaizer Chiefs and ofcourse he is much wiser not holding on to the ball to much and making better passing decisions.

There is alot that Keagan Dolly can achieve Kaizer Chiefs and him becoming the captain of Kaizer Chiefs in the future is most likely very highly possible to happen as he just to much of a quality player not to notice, Keagan Dolly is also not a player who easily throws his head down after a loss and that is just the type of leader Kaizer Chiefs will need on the pitch.
