Bad news about SA’s Deadliest Striker revealed today, Will Kaizer Chiefs still sign him?

The 2021/22 Egyptian Premier League will start off on Monday, 25 October as the 18-group association gets going in North Africa.

From a South African point of view, everyone's eyes will be on Al Ahly who are trained by Pitso Mosimane and have Bafana star Percy Tau on their books.

The tension will be on Mosimane who likely could be in his last year responsible for the group.

Al Ahly start their mission away from home against Ismaily on Wednesday, 27 October at 20:00 SA time.

Ismaily completed thirteenth in the standings last season.

Al Ahly obviously could do no better than the next in line spot to harsh opponents Zamalek in 2020/21 and will be anxious to raise the stakes this time around with the assistance of Tau – alongside a large group of different signings.

Zamalek will start the protection of their Egyptian Premier League title at home on Tuesday, 26 October (20:00 SA time) against ENPPI who got 6th spot last season.
