I Can't Apologize for Telling the Truth but: Coach Truter on Coach Kerr

The war between Brandon Truter and and his former employer Swallows is far from over. Dylan Kerr seems to have involved himself in the mix.

In normal circumstances we expect coaches to shake hands before and after the match, to show respect and professionalism towards each other.

However coach Brandon Truter confirmed that Dylan Kerr did not shake his hands before and after the game. When Amazulu locked horns with Swalllows.

He did not mind shaking his hands. There was an article written by Sunday world wich headlines reads"Swallows coach Kerr is a cheap foreign imports" . Truter says his words were taken out of context a bit.

However he does not regret telling the truth. He does apologise if he was hurting people's feelings but he won't apologize for tellings the truth.

He is adamant that PSL needs to set the standard high just like CAF and FIFA.

When the PSL team plays in CAF Champions League a coach is expected to have the right qualifications like CAF licence.

PSL should start to demand more from foreign coaches, as they are expected to do better than the local coaches.

The game between Amazulu and Swallows was quite emotional for coach Truter. He says he does not take death treats likely especially when someone involves family. He would have loved to part ways amicably with Swalllows but a lot happen.

He believes he was forced to resign at some point while he was still coaching the Soweto giants. There is R2 million rand settlement. His previous employer paid part of the funds.

However they stopped paying along the way. He is now forced to take the PSL DRC route to get to the bottom of the matter.

Truter is not happy that someone told the fans where he stayed, while he was still coaching Swallows. He was forced to relocated to another place with his family. Fans used to protest a lot that time due to poor results.
